Hello everyone! Welcome to this week's edition of Meal Plan
Monday! I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. Ours was pretty good, around swimming lessons, hockey game and tennis lesson we got a few projects done. That always feels good!
Here is this week's meal plan:
Monday - Rosemary & Pepper Crusted Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, Gravy and Peas
Tuesday - Leftovers, but with baked broccoli instead of peas
Wednesday - Grilled Chicken, Smoky Scalloped Potatoes, Kale Salad
Thursday - Taco Thursday (shaking it up here, instead of Taco Tuesday!) - we use my homemade Taco Seasoning
Friday - Meatballs & Salad
I have been collecting and testing several recipes these last few months. Now just to write the posts and share with you. Stay tuned!
