Keep Calm and Cook On - BBQ and Ice Cream

Hello friends!  Welcome to the second edition of Keep Calm and Cook On!

I had such a hard time deciding on one theme this month, that I picked two! (LOL).  It's the middle of summer...which means it is peak BBQ season, and it's also peak cold treat season :-)  I just bought an ice cream maker (hello, I am in LOVE!)...and so, I am picking two options for recipes to share this month.
