Keep Calm and Cook On - Appetizers

Hello everyone! 

Welcome back to Keep Calm and Cook On!  With the holiday season upon us, in addition to all the treats we are making, it is also the season for pot lucks and parties...and appetizers!  

So this month (and yes, I know I am starting a little early!) I thought I would make the theme for Keep Calm and Cook On APPETIZERS!

Keep Calm and Cook On - October

It's that time, time for this month's edition of Keep Calm and Cook On!  I don't know what it is like at your house, but in my kitchen, it is time to dust off my slow cooker for the fall and winter...and time to share our favourite slow-cooker recipes!


In our house, hockey season has begun, and like last year, I anticipate a weekly feature of "Slow Cooker Thursday" - coming soon!  In the meantime, I need to collect some new recipes to try, which makes for the perfect party theme for this month's Keep Calm and Cook On challenge!

Hello everyone! I hope you are enjoying a great Labour Day long weekend! It's a busy but quiet one here at our house.  Our oldest is gone camping, so it's just my hubby, me and our toddler.  We're getting lots of odd projects done, and getting some one-on-one time with our little guy.  It's been nice, especially since the crazy times of school start again on Tuesday.

Hello friends!  Welcome to the second edition of Keep Calm and Cook On!

I had such a hard time deciding on one theme this month, that I picked two! (LOL).  It's the middle of summer...which means it is peak BBQ season, and it's also peak cold treat season :-)  I just bought an ice cream maker (hello, I am in LOVE!)...and so, I am picking two options for recipes to share this month.
